I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with breathtaking mountain views and a charming atmosphere. The spacious room had a comfortable layout and a beautiful view that made my mornings delightful. The service was attentive and friendly, although the breakfast left a bit to be desired with its quality compared to previous visits. Overall, it's a fantastic spot for relaxation and access to outdoor activities, but some aspects like breakfast could use improvement.

8.0/10

My stay at The Lodge was a mixed bag. While the views were absolutely stunning and the heated pool was a fantastic way to unwind, I had a frustrating experience with valet parking and the response to my claim regarding my damaged car seat was disappointing. The restaurant was pricey but offered delicious options, making dining a highlight despite the overall costs adding up quickly.

The corner king room was spacious with a huge window that showcased the breathtaking mountain views. However, it could use better lighting.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort, enjoying the ski-in/ski-out access and relaxing in a cozy room with breathtaking views. The complimentary morning coffee and afternoon cookies were lovely touches. However, the hot tub was a bit too hot, and we faced some challenges with the ski check process. Overall, a great experience for our family!

Service

The staff was accommodating and friendly, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay.
Location
10.0
The resort's location was prime, just a short walk to the Beaver Creek Village and right on the slopes for easy access to the lifts.
Dining
7.0
Dining was enjoyable with live music, but a wider selection of healthier options would have been appreciated.
Facilities
8.0
The resort had excellent facilities, including a cool boot warmer room and convenient transportation options, although the hot tub was quite small and very hot.

6.0/10

My experience at the hotel was mixed. The mountain views from the room were stunning, but I experienced some challenges with the service and additional fees that were not clearly communicated. The location provided easy access to skiing, but the dining options did not meet my expectations, particularly with the breakfast service.

Rooms
7.0
The room offered breathtaking mountain views, although it was a bit noisy due to its position above the hotel entrance. Overall, it was comfortable but could use better lighting.
Service
5.0
The level of service fell short, as staff seemed overwhelmed and not very attentive. The valet service was particularly slow when it came to returning my vehicle, and I had to ask multiple times for assistance.
Location
8.0
The location was ideal for skiing with easy access to ski lifts, which I really appreciated. However, the surrounding area didn't offer much else in terms of activities or dining options.
Dining
5.0
Dining was a bit disappointing, especially breakfast, which took an incredibly long time to be served despite the restaurant being nearly empty at the time. The quality and variety didn't live up to what I expected.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities included a pool and other amenities, though I didn't get to use them much. The added 'hotel fee' was frustrating and seemed deceptive on top of the room rate.

The Pines Lodge offers breathtaking views and spacious accommodations that were a highlight of our stay. However, the level of service we experienced was quite disappointing, particularly during check-in and dining. We loved the location and access to skiing but left feeling underwhelmed by some aspects of our visit.

Rooms
7.0
Our room had a stunning view but felt a bit cramped for three people. Some maintenance needs were evident, like a loose toilet seat.
Service
5.0
Check-in was awkward and the staff seemed disengaged, which really detracted from the experience. The dining service was also frustrating; significant delays made breakfast a hassle.
Location
9.0
The hotel is beautifully situated for easy access to ski lifts and other village activities, which was a huge plus for us.
Dining
5.0
Dining left much to be desired; despite the nice setting, we faced long wait times for breakfast, and the service was lacking.
Facilities
6.0
The on-site ski rental options were limited, which made our preparations a bit more complicated.
